A Food & Nutrition Project

We build three kinds of genetically engineered bacteria with reconstructed pathways to synthesize specific unsaturated fatty acid, construct new bio-material, and produce collagen. The new bio-material and collagen will be used in tissue engineering with muscle stem cell to make cultured meat.
